Set-Up/Break-Down:
Set-up will be Friday, May 22nd from 12pm till 4pm. We must be completely set-up so we
can open doors by 4pm.
Booth Registration & Important Info:
- Each booth rented includes: 10×8 space, (2) vendor passes, (2) tables, (4) chairs
(1) roll of paper towels, (1) garbage pail, (1) gallon water & (1) sharps container. - All booth reservations will be made on a first come, first serve basis, with payment in full.
- Â (1) Booth Costs $1,250 (2) Booths $2,350 (3) Booths $3,550 (4) Booths $4,750
- No refunds on payments.
- Additional 3-day passes are $40.00 each If payment is included with contract or
$60 at door. - Â Medical waste removal is provided by NY EMPIRE STATE TATTOO EXPO.
